U.N. Leader Calls Gas Attack “Crime Against Humanity”

NEW YORK – (CT&P) – United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called this morning’s massive poison gas attack on Cabin Anthrax “a vicious attack on innocent civilians” and a “crime against humanity” in a statement made to the press late this afternoon.

“Of all the horrific acts conducted against a civilian population this may be the worst,” said the Secretary-General, as he wiped a tear from his eye. “We don’t have casualty figures yet, but there seems to have been significant loss of life caused by the attack. We’re mobilizing all the assets we have and rushing them to help in the cleanup.”

The attack came just before dawn and was conducted by rebel leader Generalissimo Francisco Banjo (pictured above), mastermind of similar gas attacks in the past.

“It was terrifying,” said Jerry Dickerson, a survivor of the attack. “I was awakened out of a deep sleep and had to rush to the bathroom, turn on the fan, and light an entire book of matches in order to survive. I don’t know if I’ll ever recover.”

General Banjo has been detained by Cherokee County authorities and is expected to make his first appearance at the World Court in The Hague sometime next week. He is charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity and fellow canines.

“I don’t know if he’ll be convicted or not because the evidence has long since dissipated, but I can tell you this, he’ll be one dead dog if interrupts another dream about Salma Hayek,” said Dickerson as he was released from the hospital.

Iran Expected To Do Excellent Job Inspecting Their Own Fucking Nuclear Facility

VIENNA – (CT&P) – Iran, in an unusual arrangement, will be allowed to use its own experts to inspect a site it allegedly used to develop nuclear arms under a secret agreement with the U.N. agency that normally carries out such work, according to a document seen by The Associated Press.

The agreement diverges from normal inspection procedures between the IAEA and a member country by essentially ceding the agency’s investigative authority to Iran. It allows Tehran to employ its own experts and equipment in the search for evidence of activities that it has been lying its ass off about for years.

Chief Iranian negotiator and Minister of the Department of Vaporizing Tel Aviv, Mohammad Javad Zarif, told the Tehran Times-Picayune that “these Americans never fail to crack me up.”

“This historic agreement will guarantee the world that Iran has not been lying about the Parchin site because if it were, that would mean that it was dishonest,” said U.N. President Sam “I Am” Boutros Boutros Kahamba Kutesa Zimbabwe Smith.

“I feel confident that Iranian inspectors would let us know in a heartbeat if Iran was up to anything bad or mean-spirited.”

Condemnation of the ludicrous agreement was swift and caustic by Israeli politicians in Tel Aviv and those assigned to work within the U.S. Congress.

Senator Tom “Dead Eyes” Cotton told Fox News that “the time has come to turn Iran into glass,” and he would be more than willing to ride the first bomb targeted for Tehran.

Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu told the Bethlehem Fair Dealer that he was ready to fly to the United States and “kick Obama’s black ass.”

Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton has volunteered to ride the first bomb destined for Iran sometime late next week.

Evidence of the concession, as outlined in the document, is sure to increase pressure from U.S. congressional opponents as they review the July 14 Iran nuclear deal and vote on a resolution of disapproval in early September. If the resolution passed and President Barack Obama vetoed it, opponents would need a two-thirds majority to override it. Even Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, a Republican, has suggested opponents will likely lose.

The White House has denied claims by critics that a secret “side deal” favorable to Tehran exists. U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has said the Parchin document is like other routine arrangements that allow crazed bloodthirsty Muslims to inspect their own fucking weapons facilities.

Secretary of State John Kerry is said to be in deep depression and is on round the clock suicide watch in his Boston mansion after trying to choke himself to death with a bottle of ketchup.

“This agreement is no different from numerous agreements we’ve made with other religious kooks who want to return to the good old days before there was electricity and indoor plumbing,” said Kerry, who looked like he had just been told he had a week to live. “I see no problem with it.”

Republican critics are bound to harshly criticize any document that cedes to Iran the right to look for the very nuclear wrongdoing that it has denied committing.

Olli Heinonen, who was in charge of the Iran probe as deputy IAEA director general from 2005 to 2010, said he can think of no instance where a country being probed was allowed to do its own investigation.

“This is just fucked up,” said Heinonen. “It would be like assigning Heinrich Himmler to inspect Dachau for evidence of crimes against humanity. It’s insane.”

United Nations Condemns ISIS War Crimes, Warns More Harsh Words Could Follow

united-nations_2199755b

THE CABIN ANTHRAX, MURPHY, N.C. (CT&P) – In what can only be described as a withering verbal assault over the weekend, United Nations human rights commissioner Navi Pillay criticized the up-and-coming terrorist group ISIS as a “group of savage religious zealots guilty of numerous war crimes.”

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon told reporters that although he does not want to judge anyone before all the facts are in, it’s beginning to look like ISIS are not very nice people

In fact, the feared and powerful United Nations Human Rights Council decided Monday to send a fact-finding team to Iraq to investigate possible war crimes by Islamic extremists after hearing senior human rights officials detail mass killings and other atrocities committed “on an unimaginable scale.”

“We have it on very good authority that these people are breaking the law and doing some very bad things, but we really need to gather more evidence before issuing an even harsher statement,” said Leila “Spaghetti Spine” Zerrougui, the U.N. special representative of the secretary-general for children and armed conflict.

U.N. human rights official Leila Zerrougui said that there is “just not enough evidence yet that ISIS is doing anything really bad enough to condemn the whole organization. We need more facts before we ruin any reputations.”

“We don’t want to go off half-cocked,” said Zerrougui, “a strongly worded condemnation by the United Nations can hurt one’s future job prospects, and the last thing we want to do is denounce any innocent terrorists.”

Abdul Mohammed RiffRaff Skyhook, Minister of Cultural Affairs and Christian Beheadings for the Taliban wholeheartedly agreed with Zerrougui. “I remember five years ago when the U.N. criticized my actions in Afganistan after my team sawed off the legs of some women attending a  local college in Kandahar,” said Skyhook. “It has taken me years to recover from the depression caused by their acidic and very hurtful remarks.”

When he was informed of the U.N.’s harsh words while attending a mass crucifixion outside Mosul, ISIS CEO Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi grasped his testicles and said “Criticize this, you bunch of pussies!”

While making an appearance on Al Jazeera’s Sunday morning show Meet the Terrorists, Mohamed Abdul Hussein al-Buttplug, leader of Al-Qaeda’s prestigious Nerve Agent Research and Development Group in Yemen, told Yusef “Scoop” Arafat that “Nothing hurts quite so much as criticism from the United Nations. I remember shortly after 9/11 they called me a common criminal and a throwback to the 7th century. It’s taken me over a decade to recover my self-esteem.”

The White House issued a statement this morning that called on all civilized nations of the world to join the United Nations in hurling verbal insults at the out-of-control group of murderous thugs that call themselves ISIS.

“These people are just bad folks and are acting like a bunch of meanies,” said the statement.

When reached for comment on the blistering U.N. statement, ISIS CEO and Director of Abominations Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was quoted as saying “What the fuck?” as he decapitated a baby goat and began drinking its blood from a golden chalice.
